Meet Aleksandra Lemańska
I’ve worked as a Team Lead, Manager, and Head of L&D inside tech organizations watching the same pattern repeat: brilliant engineers promoted to leadership, with no system for leading people. That’s where time, energy, and engagement get lost. And it’s largely preventable.
That’s why I created the CQ Leadership Method combining Process Communication Model® (PCM) and Transactional Analysis into a practical system that helps leaders understand how people think, communicate with precision, and lead without burnout.
Built from years of working with tech teams, hundreds of sessions with leaders, and real-world application, not theory.
Because great teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built by leaders who understand people.
Stop managing tickets.
Start leading humans.
Let me know what does your team need and I will send you an offer in 24 h.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your technical requirements?
For onsite workshops:
- Room with movable chairs (we always do small group work)
- Projector/screen or large monitor
- Flipchart with paper to use
- Power outlets accessible throughout the room
- Wifi access
For online workshops:
- Video conferencing platform with breakout room capability (we will create the links)
- Screen sharing for all participants
- Collaborative tools (we’ll provide links to digital whiteboards/worksheets)
How much room space do we need?
Plan for enough space where participants can:
- Sit comfortably with notebooks
- Move into small groups of 3-4 people without leaving the room
- See the screen clearly from anywhere in the room
As a rule of thumb: at least 25-30 sq ft / 2.3-2.8 sq meters per person for interactive workshops. A cramped room kills engagement.
What's the ideal group size?
- Workshops / growth programs: 8-12 participants for maximum interaction
- Bootcamps: 12-40 participants
- Larger groups: possible, but we’ll need to adjust the format
Do participants need to prepare anything in advance?
Depends on the topic. Most of the time, the PCM® Questionnaire® + extra 3-part video series is included. We always establish that when you book, and we send pre-work assignments or reflection questions 1-2 weeks before.
What materials do you provide?
I provide all workshop materials, including:
- Digital workbooks or frameworks
- Slide decks (shared after the session)
- Templates or tools for ongoing use
- Access to any assessment tools we use (like PCM® if applicable)
Can we split a program across multiple days?
Absolutely. In fact, we often recommend spacing sessions out (e.g., bi-weekly half-days) rather than cramming everything into consecutive days. This allows time for practice and integration.
Do you offer post-workshop support?
Which option is better: online or onsite?
Both formats can be highly effective, but onsite workshops tend to deliver stronger results. When teams gather in person, there are fewer distractions, deeper focus, and natural opportunities for relationship building and bonding that strengthen team dynamics beyond the workshop content itself.
That said, online workshops work very well when we establish clear agreements upfront. The key is contracting for genuine focus time: cameras on, notifications off, and full presence from participants. With the right setup and commitment from the team, virtual delivery can be just as impactful for skill development.
What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens. We work to be flexible when unforeseen circumstances arise, with at least 30 days before the scheduled date.
How do we measure success?
For skills-based workshops, we can include pre/post assessments. For longer programs, I build in milestone check-ins and can help you define business metrics to track. I’m a fan of evidence-based approaches and measurable outcomes.
Can you work with distributed teams across time zones?
Yes, though it requires thoughtful scheduling. For global teams, we might run multiple sessions or find overlap hours that work for the majority.
