Keynotes that shift how tech leaders think and lead

Meet Aleksandra Lemańska
I’ve worked as a Team Lead, Manager, and Head of L&D inside tech organizations watching the same pattern repeat: brilliant engineers promoted to leadership, with no system for leading people. That’s where time, energy, and engagement get lost. And it’s largely preventable.
That’s why I created the CQ Leadership Method combining Process Communication Model® (PCM) and Transactional Analysis into a practical system that helps leaders understand how people think, communicate with precision, and lead without burnout.
Built from years of working with tech teams, hundreds of sessions with leaders, and real-world application, not theory.
Because great teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built by leaders who understand people.
Stop managing tickets.
Start leading humans.
Let me know what does your team need and I will send you an offer in 24 h.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a typical keynote?
Most keynotes run 45-60 minutes, with an optional 5-15 minute Q&A session. I can adjust the timing to fit your event schedule.
What are your technical requirements?
For in-person events:
- Wireless lapel or headset microphone (I move around while speaking)
- Screen/projector for slides
- Clicker for advancing slides
- Access at least 30 minutes before for sound check and setup
- Wifi access
For virtual events:
- Zoom, Teams, or your preferred platform link
- Screen sharing capability
- Stable internet connection on your end for attendees
Do you customize keynotes for each audience?
Yes, always. Every keynote is in my area of expertise (CQ, Leadership in Tech), but it is tailored to your audience, industry context, and the specific challenges your team is facing. This is why I ask for background information in the booking form, and we have a discovery call to take care of the details.
Can the keynote be recorded?
Yes, with advance agreement. Let me know your recording and distribution plans when you book.
Do you provide materials or resources afterward?
I can provide a deck, a one-page takeaway, or a resource list for attendees if requested. Let me know during planning if this would be valuable.
What room setup works best?
Theater-style or classroom-style both work well. I don’t require a stage, but good sightlines for the audience are important.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally, 3-6 months for best availability, though I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
